Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Component Cost Estimation, Supplier Collaboration and Negotiation, Supplier Development & Management, focusing on driving cost efficiency and optimizing supplier relationships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and developing strategies to enhance supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct cost estimation for various components, analyzing pricing factors and cost drivers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with suppliers to establish strong relationships, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
3. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable conditions.
4. Develop and implement supplier development programs to improve supplier capabilities and performance.
5. Monitor supplier performance metrics and kpis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
