Senior Technical Specialist - CSS and Frontend Technologies

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist plays a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality products and sustenance solutions. This position is pivotal in adopting industry-leading practices and advancing project success by leveraging extensive expertise in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) alongside HTML and JavaScript. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team while ensuring innovative solutions meet client requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Robust Frontend Solutions By Applying Advanced Css Techniques, Ensuring Responsive And Visually Appealing User Interfaces Across Various Web Applications.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Css And Frontend Development, Providing Strategic Insights And Technical Guidance To The Development Team.
3. Drive Knowledge Upgradation Through Research And Implementation Of Cutting-Edge Css Frameworks And Methodologies, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current And Aligned With Industry Standards.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Talent Pool In Css And Frontend Technologies By Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications, Delivering Customized Frontend Solutions That Leverage Css, Html, And Javascript To Meet Unique Business Needs.
6. Support Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Creating Technical Collaterals, Whitepapers, And Performing Market Trend Analysis.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Advocating For Industry Best Practices In Css And Web Development, Ensuring Project Excellence And Client Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Cascading Style Sheets (Css) With A Strong Understanding Of Responsive Design Principles.
2. Excellent Knowledge Of Html And Javascript, With Practical Experience In Integrating Them To Create Dynamic Web Applications.
3. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Architect Complex Frontend Solutions.
4. Familiarity With Css Preprocessors (E.G., Sass, Less) And Modern Frameworks (E.G., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
5. Demonstrated Ability To Mentor And Guide Teams In Best Practices For Frontend Development.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
