Job Summary
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementation and upgrade projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules. Coordinate business analysts, solution architects, developers, testers, and stakeholders. Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and steering committee meetings. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to senior management. Oversee testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities. Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and best practices. Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and implementation partners. Support post-go-live activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
