Senior Technical Specialist D365 FandSCM X++

Job Summary

Serve as lead solution architect, customer design authority and final technical escalation for CCaaS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own target architecture, design governance, non-functional requirements and technology roadmap.
  • Lead executive technical discussions, Microsoft escalations and major-incident architecture decisions.
  • Approve changes across D365, CIJ, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Azure integrations and communications channels.
  • Own architecture risk, technical debt, scalability and resilience recommendations.
  • Guide offshore architects and tower SMEs; drive cross-account reuse.

Skill Requirements

  • Deep Microsoft CCaaS and Power Platform architecture.
  • Cross-domain Azure, integration, data, identity, voice and observability knowledge.
  • Enterprise architecture, stakeholder leadership, governance and commercial awareness.

Other Requirements

  • Relevant Microsoft Solution Architect credentials; TOGAF useful.
  • Experience leading enterprise contact-center transformation and managed support.
