Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in Embedded C plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for product and sustenance delivery. This role emphasizes leadership in adopting industry-leading practices, ensuring that the team's outputs meet the highest quality standards and contribute significantly to project success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Embedded Systems Solutions Using Embedded C To Ensure Robust Product And Sustenance Delivery Aligned With Project Requirements.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Embedded C And Firmware Development, Providing Guidance And Technical Expertise To Team Members.
3. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Trends In Embedded C, Facilitating Knowledge Upgrades To Ensure Solutions Meet Current Quality Standards And Client Needs.
4. Foster A Skilled Talent Pool In Embedded Technologies By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Offering Mentorship To Junior Engineers.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Client Organizations Through Deep Understanding Of Embedded Systems And Related Technologies.
6. Drive Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Including The Creation Of Technical Collaterals And Whitepapers, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Applying Industry Best Practices In Embedded Systems Development And Product Delivery.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Embedded C Programming And Firmware Development.
2. Solid Understanding Of Embedded Systems Architecture And Design Principles.
3. Strong Knowledge Of Debugging Tools And Methodologies Specific To Embedded Environments.
4. In-Depth Familiarity With Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And Hardware Interfaces.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently On Complex Projects.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Arm Accredited Engineer (Aae).
