Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist plays a crucial role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative solutions for product and sustenance delivery. This position is pivotal in advancing project success by adopting industry-leading practices and ensuring that the team meets defined scopes effectively. The Senior Technical Specialist serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding the team in utilizing React.js and associated technologies to create high-quality applications that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Scalable Web Applications Using React.Js, Ensuring Optimal Performance And User Experience Through The Application Of Best Coding Practices.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert, Providing Technical Guidance On React.Js And Related Technologies, Fostering An In-Depth Understanding Of Relevant Frameworks Among Team Members.
3. Conduct Research On Emerging Technologies And Trends In The React Ecosystem To Ensure Solutions Remain Current And Compliant With Industry Standards.
4. Facilitate The Growth Of Skilled Professionals In React.Js Through Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions By Leveraging A Deep Understanding Of React.Js And Associated Front-End Technologies.
6. Drive Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, While Also Creating Compelling Technical Collateral And Whitepapers To Support Organizational Initiatives.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In React.Js Development, Resulting In Improved Project Outcomes And Enhanced Customer Satisfaction.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Proficiency In React.Js, With Strong Knowledge Of Javascript And Modern Front-End Development Practices.
2. Excellent Understanding Of Component-Based Architecture And State Management In React Applications.
3. Familiarity With Related Libraries And Frameworks, Such As Redux Or Next.Js.
4. Strong Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Design Solutions That Meet Complex Client Needs.
5. Experience With Agile Methodologies And Collaborative Development Processes.
