Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled React Senior Lead with 8+ years of experience in frontend application development and expertise in Microfrontend Architecture. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise web applications using React and modern frontend technologies. The role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on development, architectural decision-making, stakeholder management, and mentoring of development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of enterprise-scale web applications using React.js and TypeScript.Design and implement Microfrontend architectures for large, distributed applications.Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.Build reusable UI components, shared libraries, and design systems.Collaborate with product owners, architects, UX designers, and backend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.Lead and mentor frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.Drive application performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and responsive design implementation.Support CI/CD implementation and frontend deployment strategies.Participate in estimation, technical planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Skill Requirements

8+ years of experience in Frontend Development.Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.Hands-on experience with Microfrontend Architecture and implementation.Experience with Webpack Module Federation, Single-SPA, or similar Microfrontend frameworks.Strong understanding of Redux Toolkit, React Query, Context API, and state management patterns.Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.Expertise in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library.Proficiency with Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Next.js and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with frontend security best practices and performance optimization techniques.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of frontend engineers across multiple projects or workstreams.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural direction.
  • Drive sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery management.
  • Conduct technical interviews and support hiring initiatives.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Champion continuous improvement and adoption of modern frontend technologies.

Other Requirements

A hands-on React leader with proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications using Microfrontend architecture, capable of balancing solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on development while driving engineering excellence.
Maximum Salary (US):  198000
Minimum Salary (US):  114000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
