Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for leveraging expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. The primary focus will be on designing, coding, and testing applications while ensuring scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop robust and efficient java based applications using spring boot framework
2. Design and implement database solutions using mongodb
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
4. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to java, spring boot, and mongodb
5. Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and testing
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve technical skills

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in java programming language with a strong understanding of oop concepts
2. Handson experience with spring boot framework for developing restful apis
3. Expertise in working with mongodb and designing efficient database schemas
4. Familiarity with cloud services and microservices architecture
5. Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Java, Spring Boot, and MongoDB are a plus

Minimum Salary (US):  95000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
