Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Matlab, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality products and sustenance solutions. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect, Design, And Develop Embedded System Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Matlab And Simulink, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Client Specifications.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert In Matlab, Providing Technical Guidance And Strategic Insights To Stakeholders Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
3. Stay Abreast Of Emerging Technologies And Industry Best Practices, Integrating New Tools And Methodologies Into Solutions To Maintain Relevance And Quality Standards.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members In Matlab And Related Technologies.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients Based On Comprehensive Understanding Of The Embedded Systems Domain.
6. Drive Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, Including The Creation Of Collaterals, Whitepapers, And Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Matlab And Related Technologies, Ensuring Optimal Outcomes For Projects.
