Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in MES Domain Specialization is responsible for driving the architecture, design, and delivery of MES solutions within our organization. This role plays a critical part in shaping product and sustenance delivery while adopting industry-leading practices. 2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert On Mes Systems, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
3. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies In The Mes Domain, Actively Researching And Implementing Relevant Advancements To Enhance Solution Quality And Performance.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Offering Mentorship To Team Members In Mes Technologies.
5. Gather Specifications And Deliver Tailored Mes Solutions To Clients By Thoroughly Understanding Their Operational Needs And Aligning Them With Technology Capabilities.
6. Drive Competency Development By Creating Insightful Collateral, Whitepapers, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses Related To Mes Solutions.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices Within Mes Technologies, Enhancing Overall Project Outcomes.
