Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Mobility Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering innovative products and sustenance solutions. Your expertise in Mobility 4G/5G/6G technologies will guide the team in adopting industry-leading practices, significantly contributing to the advancement and success of our projects. This role requires a strategic mindset and deep technical knowledge, ensuring that our solutions not only meet client requirements but also set new standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Robust Solutions For Mobility Products And Sustenance Delivery Using Mobility 4G/5G/6G Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Mobility Technologies, Providing Insights And Guidance To Project Teams And Stakeholders.
3. Drive Knowledge Upgradation Initiatives By Researching And Integrating New Technologies Into Solutions, Ensuring They Meet Current Industry Standards And Client Expectations.
4. Develop A Skilled Talent Pool By Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Offering Mentorship To Team Members In Mobility Technologies.
5. Gather Technical And Functional Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Leveraging A Comprehensive Understanding Of Mobility Domains And Technologies.
6. Support Competency Development Through The Creation Of Thought Leadership Materials, Including Whitepapers And Market Trend Analyses, To Articulate Propositions That Enhance Client Value.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Mobility Technology And Product Development.

Minimum Salary (US):  104000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
