Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in this role will be responsible for utilizing their expertise in Python, Microservices, and Cloud technologies to drive technical solutions and innovation within the organization. 

Key Responsibilities

Python Developer: Lead Software Engineer

Min. of 10+ years experience

Strong experience to Lead Python / GenAI backend and API development activities.

Experience in LangChain, LangGraph, Agentic AI, RAG, and distributed workflow implementation.

Experience with embeddings, reranking, semantic search, hybrid search, and vector database optimization.

Ensure code quality through reviews, standards, testing, and reusable engineering patterns.

Proficiency in build and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated application delivery.

Expertise in Containerization and End to Deployment  applications.

Knowledge of AI evaluation metrics such as groundedness, relevance, faithfulness, hallucination, toxicity, latency, and cost.

Expertise in Troubleshoot application, API, pipeline, container, and OpenShift/Kubernetes issues.

Drive observability, production support readiness, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with product owners, platform teams, and business sta
