Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in Embedded C plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions for product and sustenance delivery. By leveraging industry-leading practices, this position significantly contributes to project advancement and success, ensuring that both team output and client expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Embedded System Solutions Using Embedded C And C++ Within An Rtos Environment, Ensuring Alignment With Project Specifications And Industry Standards.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert, Providing Technical Guidance And Insights On Embedded C, Rtos, And Related Technologies To Enhance Team Performance And Project Outcomes.
3. Ensure Ongoing Knowledge Enhancement By Exploring And Integrating New Technologies And Practices Into Project Workflows, Maintaining High-Quality Solutions That Meet Client Requirements.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Develop Expertise In Embedded C And Associated Tools Among Team Members.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Embedded Solutions That Reflect A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Domains And Technological Requirements.
6. Drive Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating New Propositions, Including The Creation Of Technical Collaterals And Whitepapers, As Well As Conducting Market Trend Analyses.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Strategies By Applying Industry Best Practices In Embedded C And Related Technologies, Ensuring Optimal Project Outcomes.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Embedded C Programming And Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos).
2. Strong Understanding Of C++ And Its Application In Embedded Systems.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills Coupled With A Strategic Mindset For Technology Adoption.
4. Proven Ability To Design And Develop Complex Embedded Solutions.
5. Solid Capability In Mentoring And Training Others To Elevate Team Expertise.

Other Requirements

1. Certification In Embedded Systems Or Relevant Technologies Is Optional But Highly Valuable.
2. Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) Or Similar Are Recommended To Enhance Credibility In The Role.
