Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in Siemens PLM is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions that meet client requirements. This role emphasizes adopting industry-best practices and ensuring the technical competency of the team. Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Siemens Plm And Related Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Industry Best Practices.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Siemens Plm, Providing Advanced Technical Support And Insights To The Team And Clients.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Enhancement Within The Team By Exploring New Technologies And Methodologies, Facilitating The Delivery Of High-Quality, Innovative Solutions.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members In Siemens Plm Practices And Tools.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Leveraging A Deep Understanding Of Siemens Plm And Relevant Industry Domains.
6. Support Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, Creating Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses Related To Siemens Plm.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Advocating For Industry Best Practices In Siemens Plm Technologies And Solutions.
