Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in Siemens PLM is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative product solutions that meet client requirements. This role emphasizes adopting industry-best practices and ensuring the technical competency of the team. By leveraging extensive knowledge in Siemens PLM, the specialist drives project success and ensures alignment with quality standards, thereby significantly contributing to the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Develop Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Siemens Plm And Related Technologies, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Industry Best Practices.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Siemens Plm, Providing Advanced Technical Support And Insights To The Team And Clients.
3. Ensure Continuous Knowledge Enhancement Within The Team By Exploring New Technologies And Methodologies, Facilitating The Delivery Of High-Quality, Innovative Solutions.
4. Foster A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Leading Training Sessions, And Mentoring Team Members In Siemens Plm Practices And Tools.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions To Clients, Leveraging A Deep Understanding Of Siemens Plm And Relevant Industry Domains.
6. Support Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Value Propositions, Creating Collateral, And Conducting Market Trend Analyses Related To Siemens Plm.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Advocating For Industry Best Practices In Siemens Plm Technologies And Solutions.

1. Expert Knowledge Of Siemens Plm Software And Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Product Development Life Cycle And Sustenance Delivery Processes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
