Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in React.js plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality software solutions that align with industry-leading practices. This position is essential for advancing project success by leveraging expertise in React.js, JavaScript, and HTML, while mentoring team members to enhance their skills and ensure project excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Scalable Web Applications Using React.Js, Ensuring Adherence To Best Practices And High Performance In The Delivery Of Product And Sustenance Solutions.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert In React.Js And Related Technologies, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members During Project Execution.
3. Stay Current With Emerging Technologies And Trends In Web Development, Integrating New Tools And Frameworks That Enhance Solution Quality And Meet Client Requirements.
4. Build And Maintain A Skilled Team By Conducting Interviews, Delivering Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Foster Professional Growth Within The React.Js Technology Stack.
5. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Analyze Specifications, Delivering Tailored Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Client Organizations.
6. Contribute To Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Innovative Propositions, Including The Creation Of Collateral And Whitepapers, As Well As Conducting Market Trend Analysis.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives, Advocating For Industry Best Practices In React.Js Development And Related Technologies.

Skill Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
