Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Specialist in Windchill, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering product and sustenance solutions. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting industry-leading practices, ensuring project success and alignment with client requirements. This position is integral to advancing our capabilities and maintaining high standards of product delivery within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Advanced Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using Windchill, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Client Specifications.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert In Windchill, Providing Strategic Guidance And Technical Expertise To The Team And Stakeholders.
3. Drive Continuous Knowledge Upgrade Initiatives By Researching And Integrating New Technologies, Ensuring Solutions Remain Current And Meet Quality Standards.
4. Cultivate A Skilled Workforce In Windchill Through Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Providing Mentorship To Junior Staff.
5. Gather And Analyze Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions That Meet Client Organizations' Needs, Utilizing Domain Knowledge And Technical Expertise In Windchill.
6. Contribute To Competency Development By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Including The Creation Of Whitepapers And Conducting Market Trend Analysis Specific To Windchill And Related Technologies.
7. Recommend And Implement Client Value Creation Initiatives By Applying Industry Best Practices In Windchill, Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Solutions.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert Proficiency In Windchill And Its Application Within Product Lifecycle Management.
2. Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Best Practices.
3. Familiarity With Design Verification And Validation Processes.
4. Familiarity With Sap And Its Integration With Windchill Solutions.
5. Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Address Complex Project Challenges.
