Key Responsibilities

1. Architect And Design Comprehensive Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery Using .Net Framework And Sql Server, Ensuring Alignment With Project Scope And Quality Standards.
2. Serve As A Subject Matter Expert On .Net Technologies, Providing Guidance And Support To Team Members In Solving Complex Technical Challenges.
3. Stay Updated On Emerging Technologies And Trends, Ensuring That Solutions Are Innovative, Current, And Meet The Evolving Needs Of Clients.
4. Develop A Skilled Workforce By Conducting Interviews, Facilitating Training Sessions, And Offering Mentorship To Enhance Team Capabilities In .Net Development.
5. Gather And Analyze Client Specifications To Deliver Tailored Solutions, Leveraging A Strong Understanding Of The Domain And Applicable Technologies.
6. Drive Competency Development Initiatives By Envisioning And Articulating Propositions, Creating Technical Documentation, And Analyzing Market Trends To Position The Organization Competitively.
7. Recommend Value Creation Initiatives For Clients And Implement Industry Best Practices In .Net And Sql Server To Optimize Project Outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
