Job Summary

Job Profile — Technical Release Manager

Technical Release Manager

  • ability to analyze & Structure problems, provide Short term, and long-term solutions
  • Strong communication Skills (responsiveness and timeliness )
  • Strong organizational Skills (prioritization, effectiveness)
  • English is must, Fluent in German is a benefit
  • -IT IL Foundation Certified (Mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience with Jira for agile and release management (Mandatory)
  • Foundation knowledge of Temenos Transact architecture and deployment patterns
    (Advantageous)
  • Proficiency in OS platforms: Linux, unix, Windows Familiarity with database
  • platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Sewer, Experience with HPSM/Service Now
    incident and Change logging
  • Background in environments management incl. Deployment Management and Automation configuration control.
  • proficiency planning / Environment usage planning
  • Strong command Of English (required for global collaboration)
  • For CH: Fluency in German (essential local coordination) is an advantage
  • Recognizes core relationships / processes and acts accordingly
  • Establishes understanding for interfaces
  • Collaborates in projects identifies basic problems & has ability to solve them independently
  • Team Player
  • Acts in a professional manner
  • Broad subject expertise, application to all situations
