Job Summary

Senior Technical Lead – Polarion is responsible for leading the architecture, design, and delivery of Polarion ALM solutions for Life Sciences clients. This role serves as a subject matter expert across Polarion customization, full‑scale data migration, master data setup, and risk management implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high‑quality delivery. The position also drives technical thought leadership, competency development, and client value creation by applying industry best practices, mentoring teams, and enabling scalable, compliant ALM solutions across regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architect, design, and lead end‑to‑end Polarion ALM (10+) solutions for Life Sciences programs, including implementations, customizations, and long‑term sustenance delivery.
  2. Act as a Polarion Subject Matter Expert, providing technical leadership across requirements management, test management, risk management, traceability, workflows, and integrations in regulated environments.
  3. Lead full‑cycle Polarion data migration initiatives from legacy ALM systems, including migration strategy, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and post‑migration support, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  4. Define and implement master data setup, project templates, lifecycle workflows, and governance models aligned with Life Sciences regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
  5. Design and enforce Polarion‑based Risk Management solutions, including FMEA, hazard analysis, and end‑to‑end risk traceability to support audit readiness and compliance goals.
  6. Drive technology modernization and continuous knowledge upgradation, ensuring solutions leverage latest Polarion capabilities and industry best practices while meeting client quality expectations.
  7. Engage with client stakeholders to gather business and regulatory requirements, translate them into scalable Polarion architectures, and deliver value‑driven solutions.
  8. Build and sustain a strong Polarion competency pool by conducting technical interviews, delivering training programs, mentoring team members, and enabling readiness for complex billable engagements.
  9. Support competency development and thought leadership by creating solution accelerators, reusable assets, whitepapers, and contributing to market and technology trend analysis.
  10. Identify and implement client value‑creation initiatives, recommending best practices in ALM, risk management, and validation to optimize delivery efficiency and compliance outcomes.
