Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead end‑to‑end Polarion ALM (10+) solutions for Life Sciences programs, including implementations, customizations, and long‑term sustenance delivery.
- Act as a Polarion Subject Matter Expert, providing technical leadership across requirements management, test management, risk management, traceability, workflows, and integrations in regulated environments.
- Lead full‑cycle Polarion data migration initiatives from legacy ALM systems, including migration strategy, data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and post‑migration support, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Define and implement master data setup, project templates, lifecycle workflows, and governance models aligned with Life Sciences regulatory standards (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Design and enforce Polarion‑based Risk Management solutions, including FMEA, hazard analysis, and end‑to‑end risk traceability to support audit readiness and compliance goals.
- Drive technology modernization and continuous knowledge upgradation, ensuring solutions leverage latest Polarion capabilities and industry best practices while meeting client quality expectations.
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather business and regulatory requirements, translate them into scalable Polarion architectures, and deliver value‑driven solutions.
- Build and sustain a strong Polarion competency pool by conducting technical interviews, delivering training programs, mentoring team members, and enabling readiness for complex billable engagements.
- Support competency development and thought leadership by creating solution accelerators, reusable assets, whitepapers, and contributing to market and technology trend analysis.
- Identify and implement client value‑creation initiatives, recommending best practices in ALM, risk management, and validation to optimize delivery efficiency and compliance outcomes.
