Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Good understanding of the Product domain (semiconductor) & architecture specifically focusing on process control, yield management, and process-enabling solutions.
  2. Hands-on experience in semiconductor domain including wafers and clear undertsnding of Defect Inspection and Metrology
  3. Experience handling complex technical development , understanding of software, and services to optimize production yield and quality 

Skill Requirements

Domain Competencies:

Product domain (semiconductor) & architecture specifically focusing on process control, yield management, and process-enabling solutions.

Proficiency in semiconductor domain including wafers 

Clear understanding of domain related software, and services to optimize production yield and quality 

Technical:

10+ years of overall software development experience with at least a few years in a managerial role.Strong hands-on experience in C++ and C#.Exposure to additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.Proven experience in team management and leadership.Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.Ability to independently lead teams and drive execution.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Hands-on experience in recruitment and technical interviewing

Other Requirements

Experience working in product-based or high-performance engineering environments.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.Exposure to modern DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
