Senior Technical Specialist
Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Summary

Responsible for the development of conceptual, logical and physical models for the implementation of data mart and Analytical models on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI

Analyze business needs and requirement and translate into data analytical models.

Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models. Define entities, attributes, relationships, and constraints.

Work with Business Data Analysts and Data analyst to understand the business and data requirement and map the data flow.

Involves in Design and Data Architecture review meetings with Enterprise Architecture and Data solution strategy teams.

Establish and enforce data modeling standards, naming conventions, and metadata management.

Ensure models align with data governance and compliance policies.

• Build enterprise-scale, cloud-hosted analytics capabilities
• Enable trusted, secure, and high-quality data for analytics/ BI
• Work across insurance data domains (policy, claims, underwriting, finance)
• Partner closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams
• Ensure data platforms meet performance, governance, and compliance needs
• Operate within an Agile, collaborative delivery environment
