Job Summary
To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.
Key Responsibilities
• Full accountability for defining the agentic architecture, ensuring the agent system is designed correctly to create maximum re-use aligned with the AI Agent Acceleration Engineer across the wider division and global landscape.
• Design and oversee the end-to-end technical solution for AI Agents, ensuring they are scalable, resilient, safe.
• Define best practices for the agent development lifecycle, including agent patterns and strategies for system integration (e.g., human-in/over-the-loop).
• Maintain a holistic view of the broader system landscape to anticipate integration challenges and champion architectural alignment across multiple projects.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints and architectural designs, providing clear guidance to development teams.
Skill Requirements
Core Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or similar role, with at least the last 1-2 year highly focused on Agentic AI / AI Systems.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in designing and delivering complex, integrated Ai Agents solutions, with specific expertise in Agents / Agentic Systems and AI/ML in general.
Key Skills:
1. Deep understanding of agentic/generative AI, the agent development lifecycle, and common agent patterns. Preferably in the Google Ecosystem / Google Agent Development Kit.
2. Expertise in system integration, including "human in/over the loop" workflows.
3. Strong ability to design large-scale enterprise architecture, promoting component reusability.
4. Excellent collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders on a unified architectural vision.
5. Strategic mindset that balances long-term technical goals with immediate project needs.
