Job Summary
Implementation & Architecture: Design and deploy tracking solutions across web and mobile platforms using tag management tools (e.g., Adobe Launch). Ensure accurate deployment of Marketing pixels and custom tags using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Optimization & Analysis: Analyze complex customer journey datasets. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention.
Dashboarding & Reporting: Build automated, real-time executive dashboards and workspaces. Translate ambiguous data into clear, concise, and decision-oriented insights
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations using debugging tools (e.g., Adobe Debugger, ObservePoint) to guarantee data accuracy

Skill Requirements
- Typically 10 to 14 years of digital analytics or data implementation experience,
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
- Experience and knowledge of the broader Adobe Experience Cloud (e.g., Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform/AEP)
- Deep understanding of Tag Management Systems (Adobe Launch/DTM). Web development knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is highly critical,
