Job Summary
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion Middleware Support Engineer to join our support team. The candidate will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support for middleware components including SOA Suite, OSB, AQ, MQ, and JMS. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a good understanding of integration flows, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in supporting Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite (BPEL), Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Advanced Queueing (AQ) Message Queues (MQ) and Java Messaging Service (JMS)
- Basic understanding of WebLogic Server and its components.
- Familiarity with XML, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and integration concepts.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented support environment.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support for Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as SOA Suite, OSB, AQ, MQ, and JMS.
- Monitor middleware services and respond to alerts and incidents.
- Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of integration and messaging issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or L3 support as needed.
- Assist in deployment activities and configuration changes under supervision.
- Maintain and update support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in shift rotations and on-call support as required.
