Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Techno‑Functional Consultant for Blue Yonder solutions across new customer implementation/configure, migration of JDA to BY, enhancement, and support projects
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and create a system requirement document.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis and translate business needs into functional and technical designs
- Configure and customize Blue Yonder modules (primarily WMS and related components)
- Develop and support MOCA scripts for custom command, triggers, work flows,Jobs for business logic, validations, and extensions
- Design Jasper Reports and Labels for operational and management reporting needs
- Develop,Configure and customize UI components using Blue Yonder Page Builder
- Support system integrations with ERP and external systems (e.g., SAP, middleware, EDI)
- Participate in testing phases including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and recommend continuous improvements
- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documents, test cases, and user guides
- Support training, knowledge transfer, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
