Job Summary

To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

Serve as the primary SME for LeanIX, providing deep functional and best-practice expertise. Drive adoption of LeanIX across IT and business teams through structured onboarding, training, and enablement. Act as a trusted advisor to architects and stakeholders on how to effectively use LeanIX for decision-making. Partner with Enterprise Architecture, IT leaders, product teams, and business stakeholders to align LeanIX usage with strategic goals. Translating IT and business needs into LeanIX use cases (e.g., application rationalization, technology lifecycle management, transformation planning). Facilitate architecture reviews and discussions using LeanIX insights and visualizations. Embed LeanIX into existing IT and EA processes (e.g., project intake, portfolio management, technology standards

 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
