6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of engineering work packages—scope, schedule, cost, risks, and reporting.
• Define project organization and align interfaces across disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Piping, E&I, CSA).
• Break down deliverables into executable work packages; implement earned value tracking and risk registers.
• Lead vendor management: RFQs, technical bid evaluations, expediting, QA/QC coordination, and claims/change orders.
• Ensure configuration, document, and change control across the project lifecycle with complete audit trails.
• Run regular progress reviews, stakeholder updates, and decision logs; escalate blockers early.
• Champion HSSE and quality; enforce design reviews, constructability reviews, and pre-commissioning readiness.
• Build and lead a high-performing team: resourcing, mentoring, goal setting, and performance management.
Minimum Qualifications
• Demonstrated delivery of multi-discipline brownfield/greenfield projects in process/chemical industries.
• Tools: MS Project/Primavera, risk registers, EDMS, and standard office tools.
• Strong commercial acumen across contracts, procurement, and cost control.
Preferred Attributes
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with procurement and contract administration best practices.
• Experience with COMOS is an added advantage.
