To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)

Key Responsibilities
•    Run an in-house services portfolio: BIM coordination, as-built updates, legacy data migration, and document control support.
•    Define SLAs, allocate resources, and track throughput, cycle time, and quality metrics.
•    Build reusable scripts/macros and standard operating procedures to scale repeatable services.
•    Coordinate with disciplines to prioritize high-volume tasks; manage backlogs and service tickets.
•    Ensure CDE/EDMS governance—naming, metadata, workflows, and transmittals.
•    Manage external partners for surge capacity; define work packages, QA, and acceptance criteria.
•    Coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team; recruit and develop capabilities.
•    Continuously improve workflows based on user feedback and retrospectives.
Minimum Qualifications
•    Knowledge of engineering platforms (COMOS, E3D, CAD, DMS) and data quality controls.
•    Tools: Navisworks/Clash, EDMS administration, Power BI/Excel for KPI reporting.
•    Proven delivery of service operations with clear SLAs and audits.
Preferred Attributes
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Experience with RPA/scripts/macros for engineering data processing.
•    Experience with COMOS is an added advantage.
