Job Summary:
L3 Technical Lead responsible for end-to-end technical support, configuration, and batch operations for Blue Yonder (BY) planning applications. Ensures stable AMS delivery across ESP, Demand, and integrations while leading incident resolution, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Key Experience:
- 8–12 years in application support / AMS / production support
- 5+ years in Blue Yonder (SCPO) support and enhancements
- Strong experience in batch operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience in integration ecosystem (SAP, ETL, file-based interfaces)
- Exposure to CPG / Manufacturing supply chain processes
- Experience leading L2 teams and coordinating with L4/OEM
Key Responsibilities:
Support & Incident Management
- Lead L2/L3 incident, problem, and service request resolution
- Perform RCA, issue prioritization, and escalation management
- Ensure SLA adherence and service stability
Batch & System Operations
- Oversee batch job scheduling, planning runs, and monitoring
- Resolve job failures, performance issues, and system bottlenecks
Configuration & Technical Support
- Perform configuration changes, enhancements, and system tuning
- Validate application setups, data flows, and planning outputs
Integration & Data Management
- Manage SAP–BY integrations, ETL jobs, and data validation
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, and timely processing
Leadership & Governance
- Guide L2 team, manage workload, and ensure quality delivery
- Support governance reporting (SLA, KPIs, incidents, backlog)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in BY application support (ESP/Demand context)
- Experience with batch tools (Control-M or equivalent)
- Hands-on knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting
- Integration experience: PDL/SIL, SAP ECC/S4, ETL processes
- Understanding of ITIL, SLA, incident/problem management
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in BY ESP / Demand / Planning modules configuration
- Exposure to automation scripting (Shell/Python)
- Experience in large AMS engagements (L2–L4 model)
- Knowledge of performance optimization and planning tuning

6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions â building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
