Must have bachelors or equivalent degree and an MBA in HR, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience on SAP products of Human Capital Management like SuccessFactors Employee CentralShould have been certified with minimum 8 years’ experience in SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central/ Learning Management/ Recruiting/ Onboarding/ Compensation/ Performance & Goal Management /Succession and PlanningShould have worked on 3-4 end-to-end implementation / Multiple support projects for Employee central and SAP HCM.Should have experience in mapping and configuring SF functionalities to HR processes of client operations in various countries such as US, UK, Australia and other European Countries.Should be able to prepare requirements, design and test, documents, and solutionsShould be able to analyze quarterly upgrade releases of the SF cloud and roll out the upgrade, coordinating with client and SF cloud teamMust be able to design for data conversion, interface, and reports requirements in SuccessFactorsShould have experience with configuring/working with Data models, MDF Objects, Foundation objects, Business rules, Workflows and Role based permissions in SAP SuccessFactorsExposure on different Success Factors modules like Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation is added advantage.Should have experience on Imports/Exports in SAP SuccessFactors and Integration CentreShould have good understanding on Integrations of SAP SuccessFactors to SAP HCM/ other third-party systems.Excellent command of written and spoken EnglishOne or two industry domain knowledge
Client Interfacing skills.4-5 End to End implementation Project experience is a must.Key Resonsibilities:
Knowledge in Activate Project Management MethodologyKnowledge on ITIL ProcessShould have experience in Requirement Gathering and completing EC WorkbooksShould have experience in Configuration and customization activities.Should have experience in Cut-over activities.Should manage customer expectations.A person should be proactive.Should have driven to complete project deliverables and milestones.
