Job Description SAP Public Cloud – Test Manager 1. Role Overview The SAP Public Cloud Test Manager is accountable for the end-to-end test strategy, planning, execution and governance across all phases of an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. The role ensures quality delivery aligned to the SAP Activate methodology, orchestrating functional, integration, data, performance, UAT and cutover testing across workstreams, and providing assurance to programme leadership that the solution is fit-for-purpose, defect-controlled and release-ready. 3. Key Responsibilities 3.1 Test Strategy & Planning ■    Define and own the overall Test Strategy, Master Test Plan and Test Governance Framework aligned to SAP Activate (Explore → Realize → Deploy → Run). ■    Establish test scope, entry/exit criteria, environments, tooling, roles and RACI across all test phases (SIT, E2E, UAT, Regression, Performance, Cutover Rehearsals, Hypercare). ■    Align test approach with Fit-to-Standard outcomes, RICEFW inventory, integration landscape and data migration scope. ■    Define release-based testing waves in line with the delivery plan (multi-wave / multi-country if applicable). 3.2 Test Execution & Delivery ■    Manage the full test lifecycle: test case design, test data provisioning, execution, defect triage, retest and sign-off. ■    Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) across SAP Public Cloud, SAP BTP integrations, iFlows, APIs, IDocs and third-party systems. ■    Drive End-to-End (E2E) business process testing aligned to Signavio process levels (L1–L4). ■    Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including UAT readiness, script walkthroughs, execution support and formal sign-off. ■    Oversee Performance, Security and Regression testing cycles including automated regression using SAP-recommended tools. ■    Manage Cutover mock runs and post go-live Hypercare defect management. 3.3 Tooling & Automation ■    Own the test toolchain: SAP Cloud ALM (Test Preparation & Test Execution), Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft, Solution Manager (if hybrid), Jira / Azure DevOps for defect management. ■    Drive test automation strategy for regression suites, particularly around quarterly SAP Public Cloud release cycles. ■    Ensure traceability from Business Process → Test Case → Defect → Requirement within SAP Cloud ALM. 3.4 Governance, Reporting & Assurance ■    Chair the Test Governance forum; report test status, defect trends, risks and burn-down to the Programme SteerCo. ■    Manage entry/exit gate reviews for each test phase and
