Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Robotics Engineer to join our Robotics & AI delivery team and contribute to the design, development, integration, and deployment of advanced autonomous robotics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ROS2 integration, 3D LiDAR processing, point cloud algorithms, simulation environments, and NVIDIA robotics platforms.
This role involves working closely with solution architects, AI engineers, perception specialists, and customer teams to deliver production-ready robotics solutions across industrial automation, warehouse automation, autonomous navigation, and smart manufacturing use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Robotics Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain robotics applications using ROS2 frameworks.
- Develop modular and scalable robotics software components for autonomous systems.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, navigation stacks, and control systems.
- Develop and optimize robotics middleware, communication interfaces, and system integrations.
Perception & Localization
- Develop algorithms and pipelines for processing 3D LiDAR and point cloud data.
- Implement object detection, obstacle identification, mapping, and environmental perception capabilities.
- Work on localization, SLAM, sensor fusion, and autonomous navigation solutions.
- Optimize perception algorithms for real-time deployment on edge devices.
Simulation & Digital Validation
- Build and validate robotics use cases using simulation environments.
- Create virtual environments and digital twins for testing and validation.
- Perform system-level verification before deployment to physical robots.
- Support synthetic data generation and scenario-based testing.
System Integration & Deployment
- Integrate robotics solutions with enterprise applications and operational systems.
- Support deployment, commissioning, testing, and field validation activities.
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and operational issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Performance Optimization
- Optimize robotics applications for compute efficiency and real-time performance.
- Improve perception and navigation accuracy through algorithm tuning and benchmarking.
- Utilize GPU acceleration and NVIDIA toolchains for high-performance workloads.
