Job Summary

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant - BenefitsRole SummaryWe are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Benefits to support implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring Benefits, understanding HR processes, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors EC and Benefits solutions.Configure and support:Benefits Programs and PlansEligibility RulesEnrollment ProcessesOpen Enrollment and Life Event ScenariosWorkflows and Business RulesSupport integrations between EC, Benefits, Payroll, and third-party vendors.Lead SIT/UAT activities and support production deployments.Provide functional guidance, issue resolution, and recommendations aligned with SAP best practices.Required Skills & Experience6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience with strong focus on Employee Central.Hands-on experience with Employee Central Benefits configuration and administration.Expertise in Business Rules, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, Workflows, and RBP.Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementations.Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and benefits administration.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.Experience with global Benefits programs and Benefits-Payroll integrations.Knowledge of Integration Center and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.Experience: 6-10 Years
