Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle AI & Integration Architect with deep expertise in Oracle AI Studio, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM, and HCM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-scale integration and AI-driven solutions across Oracle Cloud ecosystems while ensuring adherence to SaaS/PaaS architectural principles and best practices.
The role requires extensive hands-on experience in building complex integrations, enabling AI-powered agents and agentic workflows, leading solution design discussions, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle AI & Agentic Solutions
- Design, develop, and operationalize AI-powered solutions using Oracle AI Studio.
- Enable embedded AI agents and create custom agents and agentic workflows to support business processes.
- Define AI integration patterns and governance standards across Oracle Cloud platforms.
- Drive adoption of AI capabilities to improve business efficiency and user experience.
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Design and implement enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Lead integration architecture for Oracle ERP, SCM, and HCM Cloud implementations.
- Develop and deploy scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, and Oracle-native integration frameworks.
- Leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, SaaS connectors, and integration accelerators.
- Design secure integration solutions using FTP/SFTP, API security, encryption, and authentication mechanisms.
- Provide technical leadership for hybrid and cloud-native integration architectures.
Solution Architecture & Fusion Cloud
- Architect end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design SaaS customizations utilizing Visual Builder, Application Composer, Page Composer, Personalization Frameworks, and Custom Objects.
- Drive solution architecture reviews to ensure compliance with Oracle best practices.
- Ensure Quality of Architecture (QOA) standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide guidance on architecture patterns, anti-patterns, and enterprise integration standards.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand integration and transformation requirements.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews with enterprise architects, solution architects, and project teams.
- Provide recommendations on Oracle products, cloud offerings, and emerging capabilities.
- Mentor development and architecture teams on Oracle integration best practices.
- Lead discussions with business users and senior stakeholders across all organizational levels.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of Oracle application and integration experience.
- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects involving Oracle Integration Cloud for Oracle ERP, SCM, or HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion implementation programs.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion APIs and integration capabilities.
- Experience designing enterprise-grade cloud and hybrid integration architectures.
- Knowledge of integration security, governance, and architecture best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
