We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience in designing, modernizing, and migrating enterprise applications across on-premise and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in application migration strategies, DevOps practices, infrastructure architecture, automation using Ansible, and cloud-native deployment patterns.

The role requires collaboration with client stakeholders, engineering teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, and cloud architects to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and automated solutions that align with enterprise technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Define end-to-end architecture solutions for application migration.
  • Conduct application assessments and recommend rehost, replatform, refactor, rebuild, or retire strategies.
  • Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).
  • Ensure architecture compliance with enterprise standards, security policies, and governance frameworks.

Application Migration

  • Develop migration roadmaps, dependency analysis, and transition plans.
  • Design target-state architectures for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
  • Perform application portfolio assessments and rationalization activities.
  • Support migration factories during implementation

DevOps & CI/CD

  • Design and implement enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
  • Should be alle to create application packages as per of CI process
  • Should be able to automate deployment using ansible
  • Establish DevSecOps controls and automated quality gates.

Infrastructure & Cloud Architecture

  • Good understanding on infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Operations teams on capacity planning and performance optimization.

Automation & Configuration Management

  • Develop automation solutions using Ansible and Infrastructure as Code tools.
  • Standardize server builds, application deployments, and configuration management practices.
  • Reduce manual operational processes through automation frameworks.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, developers, cloud engineers, and operations teams.
  • Present architecture recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Lead technical workshops and migration planning sessions.
  • Mentor architects and engineering teams on best practices.
