Job Summary

Experienced Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant responsible for bridging business requirements and Teamcenter technical solutions. Works closely with business users, engineering teams, and IT to design, configure, and support PLM processes. Expertise in Teamcenter modules, workflows, data modeling, integrations, and user support. Responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and Teamcenter architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.
  • Configure Teamcenter data model, workflows, BMIDE, ACLs, and business processes.
  • Coordinate with development teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities.
  • Provide functional and technical troubleshooting, user support, and process improvements.

Skill Requirements

Key Skills

  • Teamcenter (BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Active Workspace, Organization, Access Manager).
  • Functional knowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), and Document Management.
  • Teamcenter customization and integration concepts (ITK, SOA, REST APIs, T4S/T4EA preferred).
  • Requirements gathering, business process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
