Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

Business Analyst-2 (Process Engineering) is responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing, and documenting business processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to identify process gaps, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop process maps, SOPs, workflows, and business process documentation.
Support process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track process performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and provide actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with business, IT, and operational teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM), Process Engineering, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Experience in process mapping tools such as Visio, Signavio, ARIS, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process optimization frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process performance measurement.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
