Job Title: Senior Technical Specialist – Teamcenter & C++ Development

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist with 10–15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and C++ development to drive the design, development, customization, and integration of enterprise PLM solutions. The candidate will serve as a technical expert, providing hands-on development leadership, solution design, troubleshooting, and mentoring while collaborating with global teams and customers to deliver scalable Teamcenter solutions. The role requires expertise in Teamcenter customization, BMIDE, ITK, SOA, Active Workspace, and enterprise integrations.

Technical Expertise & Solution Development
Design, develop, and maintain Teamcenter customizations using ITK (C++), BMIDE, and SOA.
Develop server-side customizations, utilities, workflow handlers, extensions, and integrations.
Configure and customize Teamcenter modules including:

Workflow Designer
Access Manager
Organization
Classification
Query Builder
Preferences Management
BOM Management
Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical and production issues.
Develop reusable frameworks and utilities to improve solution delivery and quality.
Teamcenter Administration & Customization
Work on Teamcenter data model enhancements and business object customization.
Design workflows, access controls, naming rules, LOVs, and custom business rules.
Support Teamcenter upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.
Configure and support Teamcenter X and Active Workspace implementations.
Integration & Development
Develop integrations between Teamcenter and external enterprise systems such as ERP, SAP, MES, CAD, and third-party applications.
Build REST API, SOA, and web service-based integrations.
Support digital thread and product lifecycle processes through seamless data integration.
Quality & Governance
Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
Create technical design documents, solution specifications, and deployment guides.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release activities.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and customer stakeholders for successful project delivery.
Mentoring & Collaboration
Guide and mentor junior developers and technical team members.
Provide technical leadership during development and support activities.
Act as a subject matter expert for Teamcenter customization and C++ development.
Support presales activities, effort estimation, and technical solution discussions when required.

Candidate Profile
10–15 years of overall IT experience with at least 7+ years in Teamcenter development.
Strong hands-on development experience with Teamcenter customization using ITK and C++.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to independently drive technical solutions from requirement analysis through production deployment.
