  • Build processes for integration of OpenOps tools with Service Now.
  • Define CI (Class)  of AWS accounts in ServiceNow with their metadata keys
  • Account-to-owner mapping proven in the pilot across six accounts
  • Map assignment groups with Service Management tools (Service Now)
  • Attach the resolver group at point of new account vending
  • Onboard the first resolver teams
