10+ years SAP Payroll, with strong hands-on SuccessFactors ECPSAP HCM Payroll: schemas, rules, PCRs, wage types, payroll driversEnd-to-end payroll: regular runs, retro, off-cycle, reconciliation, year-end/statutory reportingEC → ECP replication, including employee, organisation, compensation and time dataStrong EC Time / time valuation understanding and payroll impactDACH payroll configuration and local statutory/tax/social-insurance knowledgePayroll Control Centre (PCC): KPIs, policies, validation rules, alerts and monitoringIntegrations: EC–ECP, ECP–FI/GL, banks, tax authorities and benefits providersSAP HCM Time Management advantageous; SAP CPI familiarity is a plusExperience stated as 15+ yearsLocation: India
