Job Summary
| • Lead hands-on technical delivery offshore; convert approved architecture into buildable specifications and sprint-ready work |
| • Own and continuously tune the engineering harness — repository context files, agent instructions, prompt libraries, code templates, evaluation sets and guardrails |
| • Perform deep technical design for services, APIs, data model, integration and policy enforcement |
| • Lead agent-assisted code review; set and enforce coding, security and documentation standards |
| • Mentor the engineering team on agentic SDLC practice; raise the team’s effective output rather than only their own |
| • Own technical quality of releases, including performance, observability and operational readiness |
| • Maintain delivery continuity across time zones in partnership with the onsite architect |
