Job Summary
We are seeking a senior Oracle HCM Architect / Solution Architect with 10–15 years of experience in leading Oracle HCM Cloud solution design, functional architecture, and transformation programs. The candidate should have strong expertise in at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor, along with working knowledge of other HCM modules. The role requires strong client advisory capability, solution ownership, delivery governance, and the ability to define scalable Oracle HCM architecture across complex business environments. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end Oracle HCM solution architecture for implementation, rollout, enhancement, and transformation programs. • Lead discovery, process design, fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance sessions. • Define enterprise-level HCM solution architecture across at least 4 Oracle HCM Cloud modules. • Establish cross-module design principles, configuration standards, integration touchpoints, and data migration approach. • Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices, process standardization, operating model alignment, and solution optimization. • Review and approve functional design documents, configuration workbooks, integration design inputs, test strategy, cutover plan, and deployment approach. • Provide architectural guidance across workforce structures, compensation cycles, talent processes, recruiting lifecycle, payroll interfaces, absence plans, time processing, and role-based security. • Collaborate with functional, technical, integration, reporting, security, data migration, and program management teams. • Lead complex issue resolution across functional, technical, data, reporting, integration, and security workstreams. • Define risks, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation plans from a solution architecture perspective. • Guide functional leads, mentor consultants, and ensure solution quality across delivery phases. • Support executive-level solution walkthroughs, steering committee discussions, proposal solutioning, estimates, and client demonstrations as required. Required Skills • Strong expertise in any 4 or more Oracle HCM Cloud modules from: o Core HR o Payroll o Absence o Time & Labor • Working knowledge of other Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Security, Talent • Deep understanding of enterprise HCM processes, cross-module dependencies, and integrated solution design. • Proven experience leading Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and solution design in complex engagements. • Strong understanding of functional configuration, reporting, integrations, data migration, approvals, security, and deployment dependencies. • Ability to define scalable, future-ready Oracle HCM solutions aligned to business requirements. • Experience in solution governance, design reviews, issue escalation, and delivery quality management. • Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, consulting, and leadership skills. • Ability to support pre-sales, solution estimation, proposal inputs, and executive presentations. Good to Have • Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. • Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules. • Experience in global, multi-country, or complex transformation prog
