Job: IT integrator (Technical Project Manager)

Band: E3.2

 

1. Overall 10+ years of IT experience
2. Coordinate the delivery of software solutions across squads and stakeholders, ensuring feature planning.
3. Dependency management and roadmap execution and checking technical feasibility as per company standards.
4. 3–6 years of relevant experience in IT delivery, IT integration, feature delivery preferably in banking, payments.
5. Strong understanding of the IT landscape - development and operation of modern APIs in a micro-service architecture, databases, operating systems, programming languages, including applicable technologies.
6. Ability to align business and IT stakeholders across tribes, squads and delivery areas, using both functional and technical understanding.
7. Good knowledge of agile delivery models and ways of working.
8. Good understanding of operational compliance, cyber security principles, data protection, privacy, security and ethical standards relevant to IT delivery.
9. Strong collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To support as an Subject Matter Expert
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
6. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
