Job Summary

Hardcore Senior Developer / Technical Lead with 8-15 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture. Strong expertise in building cloud-native, event-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure, leveraging RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka, and modern integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, MongoDB, GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, and containerized application development. Proficient in frontend technologies including React, and Node.js. Proven track record of delivering scalable, resilient, and high-performance distributed systems while collaborating effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Build and implement event-driven and asynchronous systems using Apache Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed application components.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React and Node.js.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable and automated deployments.
  • Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using Azure SQL Database and MongoDB.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead system design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Ensure application reliability, scalability, security, performance, and maintainability through best engineering practices.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership on architecture, design patterns, and implementation approaches.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, and microservices transformation programs.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
