Job Summary

To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope,by adopting industry-leading practices, thus contributing significantly to the advancement and success of the project.

Key Responsibilities

•    Implementation Leadership: Lead full-lifecycle SAP EPPM and Project System (PS) rollouts from blueprint and design to testing, cutover, and go-live support. 
•    Process Configuration: Configure core components including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and settlement. 
•    Workshop Facilitation: Lead fit-to-standard sessions with PMO leadership, project controllers, and finance stakeholders.
•    System Integration: Integrate EPPM capabilities with Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Human Resources (HR).
•    Adoption & Mentorship: Guide user adoption via SAP Fiori applications, build system documentation, and mentor junior team members. 

Skill Requirements

•    Experience: Minimum of 5–6 years working with SAP PS/EPPM, including at least 2 to 3 full-cycle implementations in a functional lead or manager capacity - with overall 10+ years experience 
•    Technical Depth: Strong configuration expertise in project structures, capacity management, portfolio planning, and S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud environments. 
•    Financial Acumen: Knowledge of project accounting flows, cost allocations, and revenue recognition standards. 
•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related technical field
