Job Summary
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Coupa Consultant with strong expertise in Coupa Procurement, Configuration, System Setup, and Implementation. The ideal candidate should have led multiple end-to-end Coupa implementations and possess deep knowledge of configuring business processes, approvals, procurement workflows, suppliers, catalogs, and integrations. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, configure the Coupa platform, and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Coupa implementation and configuration activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Coupa modules including:
- Procurement
- Requisition & Purchase Orders
- Approval Workflows
- Supplier Management
- Catalog Management
- Receiving
- Invoicing
- Expense (preferred)
- Configure business rules, approval chains, roles, permissions, notifications, and custom fields.
- Set up suppliers, users, commodities, accounting structures, tax configurations, and procurement policies.
- Design and support integrations between Coupa and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinate data migration activities including suppliers, users, catalogs, and transactional data.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test cases, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide best practice recommendations to optimize procurement processes using Coupa.
Skill Requirements
Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Coupa Configuration and Setup
- Experience with multiple full lifecycle Coupa implementations
- Expertise in procurement business processes (Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay)
- Configuration of:

- Supplier onboarding
- Catalog management
- Purchase requisitions & Purchase Orders
- Invoice processing
- Experience with Coupa data migration and master data setup
- Knowledge of Coupa APIs and integration concepts
- Strong understanding of ERP integration (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Coupa Expense and Contract Management
- Knowledge of Coupa Analytics and Reporting
- Experience with middleware platforms
- Coupa Release Management experience
Certifications
Preferred:
- Coupa Certified Implementation Consultant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent.
