Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester who can lead a technical team and drive end-to-end Salesforce testing along with automation expertize

Key Responsibilities

8+ years of experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automation). 

Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc. 

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools like Selenium. 

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. 

Experience in defect tracking and reporting using test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, HP ALM). 

Strong test case design, test execution, and defect management skills. 

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

Good communication and collaboration skills. 

Nice to Have: 

Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder). 

Experience in Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or Testim. 

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce testing. 

Experience in API testing for Salesforce integrations.
