Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ION MarketView Consultant to support and enhance the ION MarketView platform used across Financial Markets and Treasury functions. The candidate will be responsible for application support, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and delivery of business and technology solutions aligned with capital markets operations.

The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in ION MarketView, financial products, trading lifecycle processes, and integration technologies. Experience working in banking environments, particularly in Financial Markets, Treasury, or Capital Markets domains, will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Support and maintain the ION MarketView platform in production and non-production environments.Configure and customize MarketView modules based on business requirements.Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide sustainable solutions.Work closely with Traders, Risk, Operations, and Business Analysts.Develop and maintain MarketView interfaces and integrations.Participate in platform upgrades, release management, and environment support.Monitor platform health and ensure SLA adherence.Create technical documentation and knowledge articles.Support automation and operational efficiency initiatives.Collaborate with global stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Other Requirements
