Job Summary

JD Summary (5 Lines): Business Analyst responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting Teamcenter PLM business requirements and integration needs across engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise systems. Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective PLM solution delivery. Supports process improvement, data migration, system integrations, and user adoption. Works closely with solution architects, developers, and integration teams. Ensures alignment with business objectives and PLM roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Teamcenter PLM processes and system integrations.Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with business users, architects, and development teams to define integration requirements with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.Support testing, UAT, defect management, data migration, and change management activities.Identify process gaps, recommend PLM best practices, and ensure traceability from requirements to implementation.

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Teamcenter PLM modules, BOM, Change Management, Workflow, and Product Data Management.Experience in PLM integrations using SOA, APIs, T4S/T4EA, SAP, ERP, MES, or other enterprise applications.Requirements gathering, business process mapping, and stakeholder management.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, UAT, and data migration projects.Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
